To E-boost or not to E-boost
Hey guys
I currently drive an MY01 WRX that is Stock standard. I have been looking into getting a Turbosmart E-boost 2 boost controller for it but was wondering if it is a wise move... Will I have to make other mods too eg:larger TMIC, difrent fuel rail, larger injectors Any help or advice would be appreciated. Cheers Hendrik |

henrex, I dont know how much one of those are, but for the ~$800 for an aftermarket ECU I would do that.
I have a Link and love it, I run 18 pounds with a 3" system and thats it. I run standard everything else and have done for the past 27,000km with no dramas at all (except a clutch which is getting replaced next week but thats through my shitty driving rather than the power). Hope this helps. |

An E-boost cost around $600 (?)
May be worthwhile saving up a little bit more and get either a piggyback (e.g emanage) or ECU (e.g. Link) |
