To reduce the slight body roll my wrx, replacing the rear sway bar with a white line heavy duty sway would this decrease it?

another good idea would be to replace your shock absorbers if they are old or worn. If they are too soft then you will get excessive body roll, and the car will feel unstable.

22mm front 24 mm rear, upgrade your endlinks whilst you're at it to HD whiteline ally ones, you might want to upgrade your rear mounts also to whiteline HD items

^ Or the much cheaper OEM strengthened ones from 04+ WRX/STi's. I can post part numbers if anyone wants them.
