Default Alarm issue

Hey,

Had my car repaired from the march storm recently. I've only now noticed that my alarm doesnt go blarring when activated....lights flash and all but no sound?

Does anyone know what is wrong or what needs to be done to rectify this?

Aftermarket system?

Has someone turned the speaker off in the engine bay? Sometimes you get a little key to turn the speaker off. I'd say most people working on your car would do this to stop having the living shit scared out of them 10 times a day.

Your best bet is to see an alarm shop to diagnose.

I would go see Macey at Westside.

Would be keen to hear what he says as my understanding is most times its cheaper to replace the unit then repair.

Cheers,
