Left hand front window GC8 MY99

Hi Guys

having trouble with my left front window.

It will go down, but has trouble (sometimes does not go up) coming back up.
Also, the drivers side power window switch will not operate it at all.

Is this a switch problem or a power window motor problem?

If it is a switch problem where do I fix it?
