Default 2005 WRX/Legacy TMIC Compatibility

Hey guys,

Had a hunt around on google images and what not, and from visual comparisons it seems the BL5 STi Legacy TMIC appears to sit in the same place as the 2004 WRX. Does anyone know if the two are completely interchangeable??

Reason I am asking is because I found a HKS TMIC kit from a BL5 STi Legacy (and only discovered this car existed then haha)for a good price and am wondering if there is even a snowballs chance it will fit on my 2004 WRX.

Any further info/links/pictures would be helpful! Search didnt provide much on the topic of Legacy's.

Cheers,
Hayden

doubtful, the late model legacies have similar intercoolers to the 08 wrx.

Bugger, thought it was a long shot... Was Sus that the pics I was finding
On google images were the of the same car. Cheers fellas.

PS, if anyone is interested in the kit I can hook them up, it's a HKS kit and
Includes associated piping. The bloke wants $400 for it.
