Default need a cam pulley holder

need a cam pulley holder for this style of pulley

its being a douche, and it wont budge with a rattle gun....i was thinking of holding the crank pulley and see if the timing belt with hold it, but i dont really wanna do that....the right side came off easy, if i can borrow one for like 5 mins that would be awesome

Put the belt back on, get a bar on the crank, then crack the bolt...

i had to do the timing belt trick so now need a new timing belt.. well while you gone that far might as well replace the belt right.

pop the cam covers off and hold the camshaft with a 1"1/16 spanner.

yea the right side came off fine, but for some reason, maybe person who did it before sucks, but yea, its all good now.
