that's because vf34's are ball bearing, what turbo did you have?

the reason it flutters like that is the turbo and CAI.

on my old rex (my95) i had a vf34, tmic and custom CAI ( full s/s with a pod sitting in the front guard) and turbo smart BOV. on low rev it flutter nice and high rev the bov kick in . It was a awesome set up . So he will need more induction to get better flutter..

The bearing design has no impact on the amount of flutter (or DOSE if you're JDM YO!).

A big Dose is caused by large front mount air volume v small top mount volume.

Here's no bov on a VF29/GD sti top mount @ 1.2 then 1.5 bar.
