if your trying to make your car faster, fuel efficiency always goes out the window, performance and fuel efficiency do not go hand in hand, want a fuel efficient car, go buy a prius

you obviously haven't had a Verso tune. I've seen guys get quite good fuel economy out of their subi's after a tune and acquiring more power

No no I just want to give it that extra boost that y I'm thinking the sti upgrades. Verso tune will get dun but I need to do the mods to car first that would make sense hey. I'm not thinking off capping the injectors cause it is a everyday use car .

Agreed. My car's fuel economy has gone up slightly from when it was standard.

Lol.

550kms off a tank was good enough for me.

To the OP: You don't need STi injectors, just decap your WRX ones. Will end up the same and save you some money.

Fuel efficiency on cruise doesn't need to go out the window. Infact leaning it out on cruise is what a lot of car manufacturers do to up the highway mileage. A good tuner can improve on this.

Driving around wide open throttle will drain your tank in no time though.

regulating tip in also helps, i find with decapped injectors that most people dont adjust for tip-in.
