Default pin system troubles

guys just had my wrx put into shopped after somebody rear end, went to start today flat battery, so i use jump pack to start and my code wasnt working,, any ideas???

If you know someone at subaru they can give you the master code to get her going, otherwise you will probably have to flatbed it there or ring around auto sparkies its not an uncommon problem some of them will know what to do.

If it where me id get it ripped out and replaced

You don't need the master code, just do a search for the re-set procedure...it's somewhere on this forum.

ive got it to reset so i can start the car now, thanks saint,.. is there a way to enter new pin or does it has to be done by subaru??

it may be in valet mode.. i just replaced my battery today and it took 10 starts to get back to normal. if the number one is illuminated before you crank it is in valet mode

nah i get nothing, not lights or anything, i bought itwith a one digit pin lol, never had it changed apparently that means its broken? does it have to be 4 digits like subaru told me? i never had trouble with the one digit working? i can use any number * or # to start it now tho..haha..
