I have sard 650cc injectors and sard fuel rails. I want to put in 565cc sti injectors but i dont know if they will fit. Do Sard 650cc injectors fit standard rails of do they need work to make fit?

EDIT: Ok so the sti injectors dont fit straight into the rails. But thats ok. The only reason is that the Sards are about 10mm longer so all i need to do is wack the SARD spacer blocks in the lathe and chope em down. All good!

Serious? No one has sard injectors? Do sard injectors fit standard rails?

Russ in Jess' car we are running 850cc sards in stock location and same on my 02 STi its running a set of 850cc power enterprise injectors hope this helps ?

It does mate! Alot! I figure if the Sard injectors fit the stock rails then the stock injectors should fit the sard Rails.

Ill give it ago on the weekend. Try changing them over. Anyone know what grease to put on the o rings and also whether the small filters need to go into the injectors?

The only thing is that Jess' is a 99 and mines an 02 fu**** if i know about side feed n top feed setups but the sards slotted straight in on the standard 207/99wrx head setup.

No idea on grease dude ! But the 650's from PE we put in the car originally the motor ate the orings according to ASG ! :s

White petroleum jelly will do

yours will be top feed russ, just pull one of your current injectors out and compare the top to the 565's you're putting in there, it should be obvious right away if they are the same or not, pretty certain they will be the same

Put standard rails back on.

Decap some wrx injectors for cheap.

Profit?
