Wouldn't be surprised if the dropkicks left the module/motor in your old door.
As has been mentioned, pull the trim off and check it's all in order. (Possibly compare it to the other side if you still can't get it working)
Once you've got the screws and plastic clips out, you've kinda gotta lift the door trim as you pull it off as it hooks into the door at the top (where the window goes down into the door).

Door now locks with remote
Surprisingly it was simply just the plug not plugged in...
While I was out there, I took off other trim just to compare and seems like they did an alright job.

Only problem I found when doing it was they adjusted the window to high up. Just wondering if there's any pointers on how to adjust the window

Using the little switch on the armrest you can move the window up and down
:P

Is there any movement allowable on the pins that secure the window to the rail? If not its the rail/winding mechanism that will need to be adjusted not the window.

For that I'd go back to the shop.
