It appears that your North location would be convenient to Wangara, and John is willing to have a crack at fixing it for you. As I said earlier, the tubing is complex and the original Subaru tubing is numbered to make identification easier. If your tubing has been modified or replaced it will add to the difficulty somewhat. It's not really my cup of tea so I would suggest he would be the man to see.
Once you know what parts are needed if you have trouble obtaining them let me know, I may have what you need secondhand. (Turbos, actuators, solenoids, sensors, accumulators etc from redundant hallfcuts)
