ok so car has done roughly 1200km since the new clutch went in, drives very much like standard now but with a heavier pedal feel, the feel is fantastic though. However can be a little annoying after a gym session or sports game. All the rattle and vibrations are completely gone.

Does it spin all 4 when you dial up 6-7000rpm and drop it or does the clutch slip a little?

Id just get the Exedy light weight flywheel (6Kg). This is the one I bought.

Otherwise theres is also the Fidanza flywheels (4.5Kg)

Yes this clutch can handle 400Nm. Im putting out just under 500Nm with this clutch. No problems.

don't go for a lightened flywheel unless you really want to. Turbo cars need inertia in there drivetrain that way you won't fall off boost as easily. just my 2c
