ok thanks guys for the help and the steps much appreciated and its all working now and fixed

did the steps too above and yeah fans seems to be kicking in when reaching sum point of heat

I alway fill into the coolant hose leading into the turbo. Take it off the header tank, jam a funnel in it and fill slowly. Keep going until you can see it come in the header tank. Join it back up, fill header tank to the brim then turn on engine and keep it topped up. (as above posts have mentioned)
