Default Compression Down

Hey guys,

I had a compression test down to my block, because there was a fair bit of oil in the breathers, and turns out im down compression in 2 cylinders.

When it comes to fixing it, is it usually just the cylinders that need to be replaced? Or is there more under the surface that would need replacing too?
