What condition is your air filter in? Maybe as a quick test, remove it, go for a quick drive and then put it back in, to see if there is a difference? Could quite as easily be a fuel filter issue too?

All fixed now, it ended up being the AFM sensor again..........The plumb-back BOV was allowing a bit of oil to blow through the FMIC pipes and fowled up the sensor. Have now gone back to the bigass atmospheric BOV - wootoosh!

Another issue has risen. I am getting a knocking sound with low speed steering. I have checked all rubbers and bolts for tightness and it all looks ok. I have been told it may be the CVs. If so how much am I looking at and any help with a mechanic south of the river would be helpful.

Give these guys a call. Just had my CV boot replaced by them. Great guys. They are mobile as well if you're willing to pay extra.
