Yes becuase the supercharger is used to spool the turbos

Just get a electronic boost controller and set low boost to its absolute minimum. However a low compression turbo motor just next to no boost will be gutless

haha funny thread, yeah thats wot i was about to say, closest thing to having a on/off switch would be to get a boost controller either maunal or electronic and put the low setting as low as possible and the high on as..well as high as you want the boost to be.
