Because you have a newer Subaru with a smart ecu and knock sensing capabilities, you wont break it as long as you dont belt the fuck through it.

The cars are designed with room to move in their tunes so to speak to account for shit like this.

Dad did this in his old Hilux years ago when the just brought out LRP "Super". Filled with 120 liters of diesel instead of super and preceded to drive. Ran like an indian smoke signal for about 5 mins then died and would not start.

Drain and fill with proper fuel, good long crank with a spare battery and ran good as new!
