GC8 Headlight Issue

MY2000
GC8
Park lights work fine
Flick the switch to the main beam and both head lights don't turn on.
The high beam doesn't work either.

Fuses are intact

1. Is this a known problem?
2. Is it the switch?
3. If it is the switch, does anyone have an assembly?
