Default Hunting idle on MY09

Hey guys
MY09, 30,000 km's
Idle seems to hunt a little bit, problem is worse when the a/c is on or when the engine is cold. It's not super noticeable but it's definitely there.
RPM needle probably moves within a 5mm range at its worse.

Should I get it checked out? what are the likely causes?

Default

Require throttle body and sensor clean. Subaru upper cylinder clean will be good.
