dam alarm
 
hey guys

so after i got my car serviced at stechnic ive been having a recurring issue with the alarm. it seems to go off every morning every 30mins between 4am-6am and waking everyone up. now i cant call stechnic until monday so does anyone know what the problem might be?

Only during those specific times? Thats very... "unique"!

I had a problem with my alarm going off intermittently once before, turned out that the bonnet switch is a bit iffy. Maybe check that the switch is properly engage.

thanks guys..just popped by stechnic just now they turned off my alarm said to leave it for a few days...really puzzling

yeh they said might be cats jumping on it lol..but my cat stays indoors at nights so idk..

It will either be a bonnet or door switch, iv seen the boomer switches rub on after market intakes as earth out out causing the alarm to go off. You can check which sensor is at fault by flipping the little switches on the alarm modual. Wouldn't recommend doing that if you don't know what your doing
