when the PCV pulls the vacuum, it'll pull it straight into the inlet manifold then into the combustion chamber...

theres common steel wool, and theres kitchen grade stainless steel scourer's, for some odd reason a lot of people tend to call them same (out of confusion or laziness im not too sure), but especially on the nasioc ive noticed the mention of steel wool, where there pictures illustrated 'brillo' stainless steel scourer pads.

well I got a roll of stuff from bunnings and tore it off, twirled it up and poked it down through the hole in the top of my can where a k and N air filter sits...

I have done about 200ks with it no problems, no oil coming out as I said, but if I need to get it out it would invlove cutting the can open and getting all this stuff out and rewelding it...

your making me nervous.

i just realised in my oil catch tank, the hole on the top where the little K&N sits is not really a hole, its totally blocked by metal, if thats the case, why did they bother to put a filter on top?

would it be better if i drill a hole thru there so the filter can actually breathe? or would it make no difference?

dose the catch can connect back into your intake? if so then breather it'nt needed.
there are 2 types of CC's plumb back and vent to air. thow venting to air is the best option its illegal. so you'd want to hide the can.

my can have 3 hoses, 2 goes to the crankcase, one goes somewhere near the turbo.
nothing goes to the intake b4 the turbo.

there is a K&N filter sitting on top of the tank but no hole. i just dun see why they put a filter there in the first place

1) it doesn't do anything
2) it made it look like a venting to air cc and its illegal
