torque settings - control arms '00 gc8
hey chaps!.. putting in a set of sti control arms into the rex, left and right. gonna slap on the alk as well. just wondering whats the going rate on torque settings for all bolts/nuts?

on each side, 3 big bolts (2x 19mm on the ALK and 1x 22mm on the pivot point) should be torqued upwards of around 150lbs, which is fairly tight.
