I have a my00 wrx. im putting in a 6 speed with dccd. I already have a dccdpro controller. Does anybody know if there is a gc8 cluster that will plug in, that i can wire up the dccd to show on it?

Yes, there are GC8 clusters with DCCD display next to the tacho.
Ebay has plenty! I picked one up for $120, local to!

V5/6 STI dash cluster will fit our model MY00, yes.
I have fitted a V6 cluster with DCCD lights to mine. 15 minute job.

I bought a 2007 dccd gearbox to install in a GC8 2000, and I have a 10k sti cluster.
The dccd display in cluster will function with this gearbox so?

With a DCCD controller that is equipped to run the display lights. One of the most common controllers for people retro-fitting DCCD into non-DCCD cars is the DCCD-Pro.
