Only the JDM close ratio ones. The wide ratio 4.44 are roughly the same revs/speed as the 3.9 due to taller gear ratios. Ask anyone if they can tell the difference between a MY01 and a MY02+ WRX, I bet the can't.

i went from sitting on 2800rpm at 100km/hr to approx 3200 at 100km/hr when i swapped from stock forester ratio's to 4.444 dccd type r box

the stock forester box has great ratios for highway cruising
