Default Alarm not arming

Just got my car back from smash repairs and now I realised the alarm/lock isn't working when I press the lock button on my key. I am pretty sure it ain't the battery since I've tried both of my keys and none of them work. I now have to physically put the key in the door to lock it.
I have a feeling that the smash repair put the car in some sort of valet mode and forgot to put it back to normal. Anyone knows how I can turn it back on and saves me a trip?

after a lot of searching on the net, realised that the smash repair guys must have saw the key programming plugs when they removed the driver's sill panel and put them together after they were done.

hence the car was in key reprogramming mode the entire time. you can tell if you disconnect and reconnect the car battery and the lock button on your remotes quickly lock and unlock the car.
for future references:
solution was to pull the driver's sill panel out, pull the clearish white plug apart, put the sill panel back. and voila.
apologies if all of you knew this and I make it sound like I just discovered America.
Jeckle, Tiigga and SUAVERNETT like this.
