This actually happened me before.
My lock nut cracked in half and therefore expanded.
There are special nuts you can get for this but don't have a clue what their called.
Had to go to 23 garages for someone to actually have a set and get it off

People were also telling me to weld it to the wheel brace and it will come off but you'll probably destroy your alloy if your not careful.

tried tyre power the said can't get it off theres not enough room between the nut and the wheel to get a socket on either. he said weld a bolt to it but its too tight to weld without burning the alloy. so don't know where else to try so just put the cover on and it can stay put lol

Yep same thing as me.
I remember they were smashing the socket they had with a lump hammer for ages to get it to fit over the lock nut. There was a small bit of damage to it but not much.

Afraid you have no choice but to have some damage to get it off.
Best bet would try and get someone to smash a socket over it and force it off.
Welding would be the last option.

Sorry mate.

has the lock nut got a grove in it that you can to with a flat head ? if so put the flat head into the grove and give it a hammer, now i understand some rims you cant get to the nut easily
