Default Lack of Invidia Q300 with Ti Tips in the country

Hello,

Sorry for the long post.

I have 2011 WRX sedan and have been looking at a catback exhaust. I love the look of the q300 with the Ti tips but there seems to be a bit of wait for them! There are no problems getting the SS version.

Did a bit of a ring around of local exhaust shops as well. I was also surprised to hear that a lot of the exhaust shops said the q300 droned a fair bit!! So I started thinking whether I just purchase the SS or look elsewhere. The Jap exhausts are very expensive!!

There are a few other brands on the market (eBay). I was looking at the Hyperflow/TurboXS (Ti tips), Agency Power, Ark design and Perrin. Ultrex seems to be the cheapest. I'm leaning towards the Hyperflow (only because of the Ti tips) but know nothing about it!!

Any advice? I know this has been done to death! Sorry!

Cheers.

Seems to be available here Wolf Racing Products - Performance Parts from the Car Enthusiast for the Car Enthusiast Delivery is usually quick and they are always helpful. Other versions and types are also available.

If you are chasing a bit of noise, you could get a custom axle/diff back exhaust on the car.
I did this with my car (MY11), but it involved cutting through the oem mid-pipe (as I removed the Y pipe at the diff and installed a single outlet at the rear).
The cold start drone (ie 1600rpm) has gone and the car now has a nice audible note.

Thanks for the reply.

I had a look at the wolf racing site. They seem to have it for the hatch and the MY15 sedan only.

Thanks though.
