Default What is this?

Hey Guys,

Im slowly getting to know my car with all the little things wrong with it but does anyone have a clue as to what this cable is used for coming out from just behind my dash clock on my STi ? Pic below... Cheers

Looks like a RJ11 connector, could have been used as a hard wire power supply to a radar detector?
If you have a multimeter you could check for voltage with the ignition on or off.

So it could have some benefit. Now to find my bros multimeter.
