hey all before you post bash me and explain to me what the search function is for let me say this. my computer sux balls and constantly closes alot of web sites i try to open. all of the searches come up with the usual rexnet, scooby mods links both of which i cannot view!!

so cld someone pls pm or copy and paste the instructions to me/in this thread as i cannot acess my email either

first link, comp shits itself, second one, i can't access my email account so can't sign up on rexnet, and besides i tried on someone elses comp, rexnet won't accept hotmail email addresses

they did accept my hotmail account... maybe they dont anymore

It wasn't that hard, I hope it does not have any adverse efefct on the car except making those noises. I doubt it, I think it only makes your air filter go dirtier much quicker.
Below are some pics of how I did it. No cutting at all.
1. Remove air intake ramp air scoop
2. Undo a bolt just near the airbox that secures the air box silencer.
3.Take off right front wheel.
4. Undo all the plastic fasteners that hold the plastic splash guard in place and
1 screw. U have to undo two fasteners for the side skirt as well.
5. Completely take off the plastic splash guard.
6. Unbolt the 2nd nut that holds the air silencer and out she comes.
7. Put everything back including the air intake ramp.
