Are NA bottom ends in the likes of an MY00 GX, RX or forester as strong as a turbo EJ20?

Pretty sure the ej20's utilize the same block, crank, rods but have different pistons between the turbo/na motors.

N/a engines have a different compression ratio than turbo.
so probably different pistons, potentially rods as well.
