Default Spec C Manifold and fuel rail

I'm not sure who can help me with this question but will throw it out there

Some of you will know that the Spec C manifold is a one piece unit, unlike the STI manifold which comes in 3 different pieces.

It comes with the TGV delete, which improves flow.

I've been informed by various sources that the spec c unit unlike the STi one will only accept the OEM fuel rails and no other aftermarket rails.

Without having a spec c manifold, i can't test this theory.

Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks

from what ive seen, all 04 onwards JDM sti's were a single piece manifold. c-spec or not.

improved flow definately, one less bit of turbulence created from the joins.

Thanks for that stace. That's certainly interesting regarding the JDM STi manifolds. Some of the STi manifolds I've seen which were advertised as JDM weren't quite JDM (or just painted wrinkle red WRX manifolds)
