struggling to find anything on it about installation and which hoses to go where..

i found that one the onther day, but it doesnt mention the 4th barb on the other side :/ ?
also you wouldnt know what the dip switches should be set at would you? just wanna be carefull and stuff, running stock my88 with pod and 3"TBE....
