Default Whining Sound on boost?

Hey guys,

Last night i was giving my car abit and it was whining now is this normal?

I have been in other wrxs and have never heard them whining when driving hard

It sounded like i had straight cuts but was coming from motor not as loud of course.

When just crusing it seemed to go away but when driving hard on boost it was whining alot . . .

Also car is a MY00 with just an turboback zorst.

Any info would be great.

Thanks

Uhhhh...induction noise?

If you've got a standard intake, you could describe the induction noise as 'winding' i guess.

If so, its normal.

You mean "whining"....? Maybe one of your pulleys are fucked or something. If you think its making an abnormal noise, try and prevent yourself driving. I know you just got your Ps so this might be a little hard haha.

Get it checked out asap champ.
