Default Opinions on turbo setup

What do you think about this turbo setup, in regards to filter placement. It obviously gets bulk cold air from the scoop once you are moving. Other than heatsoak while at the lights, do you see any other probs?

looks like a waste. the dump pipe design is exactly the same as stock (90 degree exit - wouldnt call that an angle mount if it was), so exhaust gas flow would be the same... and no improvements
bit longer piping
can get the same results by ducting a big cold air pipe to the filter in the normal location

yeh not much in the know, but what waxdass said has logic, probly better to focus on enhancing other breathing mods, such as big slilicon intake and CAI.

Cheers guys..

Also, wouldn't the filter drown while driving in the rain? That couldn't be good for it or the turbo/engine...
