For a while I was lucky to get 280-300 from a tank (45L), thats with zorst and intake and such, once I got the fueling issues sorted its back around 380-400, unless the shoes are really heavy

Same here mate fuel lights comes on around 360 for me in my99.

yeah its a little smaller @ 45 litres. but the engine capacity is smaller also :P
not that any of this matters on a wrx forum o_0

do you get any fuel smell or really strong exhaust fume after a normal drive when you're cooling down your car?

i also get a lot of black oily crap over my rear bumper and bootlid
they come from the exhaust, just dunno if its normal.

ive got a 95 wrx with a 3" zorst, FMIC, link ecu, K&n pod filter and im lucky to get 350 km's max out of my 60Ltr tank normally around 320kms got some excess fuelling issues i think.

means you're running very rich (not all that bad, could be worst)

link ecu, probably the way your ecu is tuned?
by the way do you have a low fuel warning light on your 95 wrx?
