I have recently been informed on my last service that i need new front disc rotors. Are non genuine ok and what brand do people recommend, I have just a standard 2000 wrex and not looking to race. Also what pads, have been recommended EBC greens? And can anyone recommend a mob to do this job? Any info, advice is gladly appreciated

Road use only, DBA 650 Rotors (as good if not better than OEM for less $) with Bendix Ultimates or Ferodo TS2000 pads. The TS2000 suit road use much better as they operate from cold, and still take a beating without fading. Go the DBA Gold drilled and slotted if you want some bling.

If you do want to drive as fast as a parent collecting your child from a Tommy Turtle Child Care Centre then a set of DBA4000 Rotors and Ferodo DS2500 pads may be for you.

$$ Tight you can get the 4000 rotors with cheaper pads and have the option to change your pads before a visit to the track.

Do not fit EBC greens with DBA rotors as they are of a non complimentary metalurgy.
