I've searched Rexnet/Nasioc etc and haven't had much luck

Any advice much appreciated.

It is worthwhile to get the OE STi "Auto Waterspray" switch too...makes it look professional....MMS (and RMS) can do the whole job and supply the proper switch etc.

So Steve,

If I get the OE auto waterspray switch, I won't need to use a hobb switch setup?

The auto switch lets you turn the hobbs switch on and off.

Yep you will...but as said, the OE dash switch allows you to turn the spray (Hobbs) off for normal driving which you will want to do.
And I wouldn't bother about the Spec C water tank...it is really designed for long rally stages. For short sprint type stuff (like most of us do), the OE STi one is fine...with the Spec C one (filled) you would be carrying too much extra weight around.
