Default Installing H brace

hi all,

just bought a H brace for my 99 wrx, just wondering if additional bolts or bushes are required or can i just use the stock bolts and stuff, cos the brace doesn't come with anything.

also wondering if i can just jack up the car and rest it on 2 car stands, or does the car have to be flat on the ground during the install.

did a search already, couldn't find much info on my questions,

thanks.

Ken

No additional bolts required...do it with car on stands.

Hello Ken

I haven't done mine yet but the guy I purchased it from said that you can use you existing bolts but should keep the load on the wheels. I can't confirm but maybe someone else on the forums can.

Regards

Kelly

I did it in 20 mins on a 4 post hoist.

Its a very basic install.

Wheel alignment did not move.

I felt much more improvement when H-Brace installed compare to the strut brace...
