Default How many kw PIGSti?

We all no Mr Compulsive is getting his car tuned this week. Post up how many kw you think he will make, below is a list I think of his mods:
3" zorst
Silicon intake
TD05/06 20G turbo
Catch can and boost solenoid
GT spec headers
Process West FMI & CAI
TEK 3 ECU

I assume you are gonna run 17-18 psi and fatish AFRs (11:1?)
I'm picking 250kw an hopefully all ring lands in tact

Yeh I am thinking I will get a couple of tunes to flick between. 240 I would be stoked with. I am sure it could easily go 250+ though.
I have 211kw atw without the turbo and headers

Id say up to 240kw ATW. He'll be coming close to maxing out the standard injectors (550cc) though. at 240kw he'll probably be sitting on about 85-90% duty of the injectors. Okay if hes not gonna go any futher but Id still recommend a injector upgrade. Or at least high flow the standard ones.

i agree with joe.. having 2.5ltrs only makes the power come on earlier... the 20g would have a limit of around 220kw atw or similar power output to joes.

The green however which i had on my car made 233kw atw whilst it made 240kw atw on todes car.. This turbo has a bigger exhaust side asfaik. So i dont think ull be beating that..

20G will be responsive as hell on a 2.5, but will definitely run out up top on the 2.5..

On a 2 litre, the 20G pulls better up top.
