Default Difference between 98 and 99

Hey guys,

Anyone know if there is a difference between a 98 wrx turbo and a 99 wrx turbo? Also are the fuel pumps different bewtween the two?

Would a 99 turbo and fuel pump fit in a 98 and would they be considered an upgrade?

Cheers

Theres a few cosmetic changes. In terms of engine mods, i think the 99 has a more agressive tune from factory.

The fuel pumps would be the same imo. so no point in upgrade. Just get urself a walbro if u wanna upgrade, cheap and reliable.

u could always look on the net for part numbers off the pump to see if they match. But as i said i would be suprised if they were any different, i couldnt see subaru justifying spending money on a different system, unless there was a fault or design flaw.

My99 had...

new six spoke wheels...
New ECU and wiring loom...
more agressive tune...
440cc injectors...
Two pot monoblock calipers at the rear.

Thats it AFAIK...
