Default MY99 BOV/adaptor

After searching the forums, i havnt been able to source an answer as of yet (unless i missed it). I am going to buy a turbosmart BoV + Adaptor for $100 off another forum goer, and we were pretty positive but not 100% sure if a MY99 BoV/Adaptor will fit a MY00 TMIC.

If there is a thread hanging around could you please direct me to it. If not, can anybody answer this question.

Much appreciated,

Eric

yes, my99 and my00 WRX TMIC are exactly the same. It will fit.

Its a five minute job to fit a BOV so why not try it out at the sellers house before you buy. If it fits, hand over the cash and "psssssh" your way on home.

two bolts holding the blow off valve on take them out, pull blow off valve off, put on adapter to where you took the blow off valve off and then put your new blow off valve on to the adapter and vacum hose on the end of the blow off valve, will take like 5 minutes

Ok guys, much appreciated, i will purchase these (for $100 cant go wrong really, unless it blows up in my face and sets my car on fire ) and hopfully it will make my car sound nicer, keep my turbo lag down (if i have any :P) and make my car run about 100kms worse on fuel
