was a good drive, about 180km from Burswood....thru Graham Farmer tunnel both ways (sweeet)...UP TO tONKIN VIA WELSHPOOL ROAD...stoopid caps lock...up mills road then back down to Kelmscott for stop 1
from there went up Brookton about 60km then hung a left and headed to Beverly for stop 2 then off to York.. Quick lunch and everyone who was still there just left at their leisure..met some cool people
Homewards York isn't TOO far from Perth so didn't take long

yeah the 100k service was quoted at $1600 from Subaru when I bought car in 2010
mechanic reckons if we buy the parts from the shop at cost, should come in under $1000.
But have to wait and see if he plays ball on the labour as originally was gonna do the labour through his work but now thinking of asking his brother(another mech) to help do it on a sat arvo..fingers crossed.
