Bacon Aficionados


Well after stating that i wouldn't be making this for the masses.

I have had some expresions of interest from several people on here, antilag, family and friends.

So i am willing to do a run of 20kg with a minimum 1kg per person.

The pork loin is sourced from 'Dark Intentions' and is very high quality.

its a six hr process to smoke and without a doubt the best bacon i have eaten.

Bacon will come sliced and is $30/kg. will be looking to have this smoked and ready for collection either from parmelia / myaree / vastese by the 9th july.

once i have 10kg this will go ahead and money will need to be EFT before hand.
