best cure for sea sickness is to go for a splash in the water, most get ill once the boat stops/is just drifting, get in the water and hand onto a rope if your drifting....hope things don't think your a big loure hehe!

Im like that sometimes. First couple of times i went out in HMAS FISH FINGER i was crooke but (and it was glassed off way offshore so wasnt rough) yet last few times i've been fine. Sea sickness is just one of those things but i know the more time i spend on boats, more you get used to it.
