looks like theyre looking to the videos for hints of where to hang out at to catch peeps not to incriminate people with their own videos, I imagine there would be a fair few legalities tryin to do that.

Interesting in that article they caught a lot of people for speeding ^^ no hoon charges.. or dont they have the hoon law in SA.
