Default Factory engine management.

Stumbled accross this article a while ago, interesting read in how programming factory ecu's and flash-boxes are all the rage now, especially in falcons.

Actually had a read Tuna. Very intresting indeed. Intresting to me moreso as i am actually looking down the barrel of getting a PowerFC for my car. PowerFC for $950 with $1000 install/tune, or a $1500-$2000 reflash.

I actually was told that in WA reflashing isnt an option. You cant get it done can anyone gimmie an answer on that?

No one does 97-00 GC8 reflashing at the moment in WA. ECUtek over east do 97-00 reflashes though.
