Default Help with Microsoft Excel

I'm pretty sure this can be done... just can't remember/work it out.

I have copied text into Excel, and the row width is all over the shop. I wanna neaten it up before submitting it. Is there a quick way to "format" the cells so they are all the same width again?

Also I have another question... but I'll get this one sorted first.

Ta.
Kym

select the rows you wanna format and right click on the top border (A,B,C etc) to bring up your options, simply click column width and type in a size

Ctrl-A

Format->Row->Auto Fit
Format->Column->Auto Fit

That should do it for you Kym.

Open Excel.

Open the file you want (I am guessing text file or similar). You will be presented with something like a field chooser.

I think that's what you want? If you need more help Kym, PM / MSN me.

Try this--
to tidy up text in a spreadsheet, insert text,
select area you want text to occupy, the text starting in the left hand top cell of that area. then:
format, cells, rows, justify

I use this so often I have a macro to do it.
