I once saw a Purple "thing" streak across the sky and behind some trees.

Mate was with me and could confirm. Weird shit.

i saw what i thought was a shooting star but it just stopped hovered a bit and then took off. horizontally very fast.

I saw this strange flying object in the sky once, flashing lights and all....had a big logo that looked like a kangaroo, on the back wing shaped protruding surface of the object.
