I reckon picnics are pretty gay and dinner and flowers are well overated.

Maybe take her to perth observatory one night (office open weekday hours) or take her to Rotto one day?

Hot air ballooning at Jandakot airport has been mentioned before, you are meant to get a champagne breaky in the deal etc...

Ohh yeh i forgot about that, for my mrs 21st / our 2 year anniversary i took her for a hot air balloon ride / champange breakky over the avon valley in Northam. We stayed at the Shamrock (hardly 5 star and not worth the price, but was still ok- place next door ("Gates" i think) had well priced, decent and BIG meals too)

Was a brillant morning. Cost $235 per person (go a weekday) but due to a mix up via eftpos her ticket only cost $2.35

A trip to Barbarella's should get ya sorted.

took my ex to canal rocks beach resort down in yallinup for the weekend, had spa and all that. was really nice, peaceful.

Women love surprises

So surprise her by not even mentioning the day. Dont buy her a thing, dont express any special feelings. In fact get up early and go to work early, then call in and say you have to stay back.

Come home and complain about your day and then say your unwell and going to bed.

This will really surprise her, and women love surprises.

Mate you can't beat flowers delivered then take your missus for a picnic with some nice food (seafood is a winner) with nice wine (you drive) and good conversation. Conversation being the key.
